Jetour Jamaica, the Tyre Warehouse Automotive operation that launched the brand locally in May 2026, is teasing the F700 plug-in hybrid pickup as coming this year, with launch advertising showing a J$12.79 million asking price. What the F700 is

Full name Jetour Zongheng F700, it is a body on frame plug-in hybrid pickup developed by Chery, aimed squarely at the BYD Shark 6, GWM Cannon and Toyota Hilux. It shares its powertrain and boxy styling with the Jetour G700 SUV and adds a cargo bed. Production specifications were published in June 2026, with the full public debut set for the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2026.

Two flags from our checking: the F700 is not yet listed on the dealer's own site, and the Observer's report on the brand launch cited a six year, 150,000 km warranty, so confirm the exact warranty terms on your specific vehicle in writing.

A 900 horsepower PHEV pickup is new territory for any market, let alone one this price sensitive. Ask about charging support and home charger installation, servicing capacity for the hybrid system, real world towing and bed ratings for Jamaican use, and parts lead times.
